- All milling to accept framing and roof decking
- All steel drift pins per engineering
- All steel all-thread per engineering (zinc plated)
- All steel brackets for log to log connections

- Log staircases
- Custom roof systems: trusses, rafters, beams, columns, and purlins
- Pre-drilled for seismic thru-bolts
- Pre-drilling for electrical raceways
- Three coats of insecticide/fungicide

- Cutting of wall splines for framed walls

- Liquid borate treatment of logs
